Carbon Group to export graphite electrodes from Malaysia to region Nov 2, 2006
KUALA LUMPUR: Carbon and graphite products maker, SGL Carbon Group will export graphite electrodes produced at its soon-to-be-constructed manufacturing plant in Malaysia to the Asian region. Chairman and chief executive officer Robert J. Koehler said about two-thirds of the 30,000 tonnes produced would be sold to Thailand, Indonesia, India, Taiwan and probably Japan and South Korea.
