Image sensor maker OmniVision Technologies Inc. on Tuesday said it expects to post a loss in its fiscal third quarter, offering a forecast that fell well below Wall Street expectations. For the quarter ending in January, the company, which makes sensors for things like cameras in notebook computers and cell phones, said current trends lead it to expect a loss between 24 cents and 37 cents per share.
