Air Force OKs CPI's $755G bid Jul 13, 2007
July 13, 2007 CPI Aerostructures Inc., one of Long Island's last remaining builders of spare parts for military airplanes, said yesterday it has received a $755,000 Air Force contract to produce leading edge assemblies for the service's A-10 Thunderbolt jet. CPI, headquartered in Edgewood, said the assemblies are for the A-10's horizontal stabilizer. (Newsday -- Business)
